well if its .30 per square foot and it is a single story 2000 sq ft house that is 600.00 and it should take around 1.5 to 2 hours ..... thats not bad money where i come from

The pricing on Delco is usually right on...but there are some things that are way off.

I don't really do any calculations when I bid a house, I just go look at it and I can pretty much come up with a figure in my head, I have never measured around the outside. But hey thats just me, and we have been doing houses for 4 years.

The pricing on Delco is usually right on...but there are some things that are way off.

I have asked Larry and Robert at Delco to upgrade the roof cleaning prices to more reflect current economic conditions, and our increased cost for Sodium Hypochlorite.
Haven't checked to see IF they followed my suggestions.

I read, and replied to Nichole's post, and then I followed your link and checked.

They have updated roof cleaning prices, finally!

I saw the old prices, and unsolicited, sent in my suggestions to Larry and Robert.

Perhaps some others did too, and Delco has listened and changed them!
