Im not just trying to slam my competion

Boatguy, I'm certain they are going to take care of you if they said they would.

First, please your name and signature in the area it needs to be in. I can only assume you might be there competitors at this point trying to spread lies.

If you put the number in at the bottom then we would know your not. The comments might mean something then, now they mena nothing.

I have recentlty been victim of folks spreading rumors about my private life and my family. Its not fun or nice, these people didnt post. they used others to do there dirty work.

I dont have a business pressure washing, it is only with Russels help that I managed to get my first pressure washer working.(Thanks Russel!) I thought I would be smart this time instead of tearing something up by improper disassembly I would get a video and avoid the pitfalls this time. I guess I expected there to be more to repairing pumps then there is. All the video said was to pull the front off, replace the parts and blow out the check valves. But I am not complaining so much about the value of the movie as I am the way they handled my CC card through online payments. ( the video should have shown total disassembly instead of just the manifold, at least the unloader) And my message is to not use the online purchase but to talk to someone and firm up charges before you give up a credit card.

I hope to start a business fixing small equipment or similiar. When I do I promise I will put a number when I get one and a flashy logo too!
