Delavan fat boy problem

I was using the fat boy the other day and it just stopped working so we called Bob and he said sounds like the pressure switch and he would send us a new one. So we got the new one and still did not work but the pump is still good we just bypassed the pressure switch but someone always has to be there to turn it on and off. We tried a new relay but didn't seem to work either. When we hook it up like it is supposed to be the relay just makes a click and doesn't do anything else. Can anyone think of anything I am missing that I should try.

The relay that comes with it have a jumper across 2 legs of the relay.I had the same problem and bought some from a auto parts store that looked right but they didn't work.They only clicked like you say.Ordered a new one from Bob with the little jumper wire on it.

The only real way that we can help you is to show pictures of the whole setup and close-up pictures, maybe it is something simple or overlooked.

Without pictures it is hard to figure out the problem, it could be just about anything.

Post some pictures and the help will come.

We are actually in the process of sending back to bob he said he would look at it and see if he can find the problem. Thanks for the input.
