No Ron, I was not aware that no products could be discussed. I was confused by your thread offering to do product testing where you specifically mention product names and the hundreds of threads where products, distributors and manufacturers are discussed. I am now aware of the rules and apologize for breaking them. It won't happen again.
 
For what its worth, while I have dealt with the sealer store and have bought products from them, they are actually my direct competition in the homeowner market. My intention was to answer a direct question asked by a contractor. I answered it as a contractor.

I am sitting back and trying to read through each response, but this kinda catches me off-guard. A distributor can't promote a product in a forum that is not listed? Is that the basic interpretation? So if in a forum you have wolman, hd-80 and R-A-D listed in the discussion, another product cant be brought up even if it is the distributor of one of the above products?

Example:If I distributed deckscapes and wanted to come to a forum of my product and two others, that if I wanted to bring up a product that is not my own that is a violation?

If it is like I explained the rule is kind of in need of re-thin king in my opinion.

could somebody please give some feed back about this product. i have my first deck job coming up and im considering this product on a redwood deck. thanks
