Deck Restoration

I tried to get the homeowner to let us do the house siding, now that the deck is done hopefully that will be next. Homeowner wanted as light as possible to contrast the house. It previously had a red tinted sealer on it. I love the house and the property too.

You have to re- coat the deck when doing the siding after doing the deck first. I start one next week . Depending which type of product was used on the deck dictates how easy redoing the deck is. Ready Seal is cake.

He isn't going to be doing the siding this year but I gave the "if you don't do anything" speech. As Jim said that's usually the case.
