I am in So. Cal. and my husband and I are starting our pressure washing business. Will be doing mainly parking lots. We are trying to get permission to drain into the sewer on site. None of the water districts here have delt with this before. They do not know what to do so we are now on a holding pattern waiting for them to decide what we need to do or if we can. I would like to go to them with a plan so they do not go silly strict with this. HELP PLEASE
