I'm introducing my PW company to different areas of interest, one being to homeowners. Well there's a company that does decks mainly pools and hot tubs. Can someone give me an idea of a price scale in sq ft for decks 0-500', 500'-1000' etc. This company has been in business for 25 yrs and has a big reputation. This is the first time I've looked into this, the business owner mentioned it as cross selling.
How many have had good luck with working for someone as a sub, and what do I have to watch out for as well. Any help on this would be a big help.
