Cracked pump

Great news! The cracked head (manifold) may be covered under warranty. You may send it to us in a USPS flat rate box or via UPS for evaluation. We are a certified General Pump Service Center. We will inspect it and inform you immediately if it is worth sending into GP for replacement. GP used to be a bit more liberal in covering the warranties. We have had pretty good luck in the past.

I forgot all about that! Dont most general pumps have a lifetime warranty on the head?

Wow! Great memory! I see that you are well informed. They used to have a lifetime warranty. It has changed. They warranty against freezing. The GP warranty for all series of pumps is not the same.
