Cover letter for Property managers

Any body have a cover letter for introducing services to Prop management firms that they would be willing to share?
Ive had some ideas but just at a loss for the right phrasing.

So far I have only recieved something back from one person though. I was kinda hoping that I'd be trading info with folks. Not just giving away my stuff. Doesnt anyone have anything they would be willing to share? I operate in Maryland so if you live here I understand. If you don't what do you have to lose?

I have some stuff I'll be sending you.I have to sort through about 40 discs to find it.I have a bad habit of saving info to discs and not labeling them as to what they are.I'll work on it one day next week.Sorry for the delay.
We are fairly new in the PWing industry and info that anyone shares with us is saved,incase we find a need for it in the future.

Thanks for getting back to me guys. I was starting to wonder if anyone was going to share stuff in return. I don't mind giving out stuff to new people or companies operating in different areas but I can always use some new ideas and critisism as well. None of my stuff is perfect and I'm always looking to improve what I have.
