Those seem to be pretty good numbers for around here, because I'm starting to land more jobs since I lowered by prices a bit. I "think" that I'm still averaging about $100/hr. on most jobs.

In time, the average should go up as I gain more experience in setting up in the right spots, so I don't have to move as much.


Some jobs, I still have to toss in an occasional dumpster pad to get a signature. Often, I will do windows for next to nothing as well, because it costs nothing but some time.

Does that make me a lowballer?

I finally met a fast food franchise owner, that has a 7 day service in todays economy, I know you said they were out there Ron.

I dont know what is the rate, crazy thing is, i happen to stumble across the owner when they had their employee cold water pressure washing with a wand attempting to remove gum in the drive thru with cars present.

I spoke with the owner and asked if he would be interested in a demo, he mentioned they had a hot water contractor service and I asked what is the current scope of work request; he mentioned sidewalks, drivelanes, in front dumpster , no gum (that is as requested, inside dumpster when requested) , no curbs.

It was evident that restaurant was not receiving the work scope service they requested i bid for.

How long does a 7 day service typically take for this scope at a fast food drive thur ?

Nigel 115 , fastfood is the worst , most restaurants if weekly can get cut from 115 to 30 minutes. Not fastfood

I guess considering monthly fastfood will take me a good 145 to 2 hours maybe 115 is good.

We just thru in 9 chicken store weekly at 125.00 they are taking 115 to 125

This makes a lot of sense. Do you have an Estimate form for 7,15,30,60 broken down like this for the customer to understand? I did a search and didn't find one like this.
