Hey Wade, sorry about the problem you had downloading the manuals, I checked into it and it looks like there was a problem with the processing system that's supposed to automatically send out the manuals after you buy them. I've contacted the software designer about it and they are fixing the problem. It was great talking to you on the phone, and if you have any more questions just give me a call.
