I know this question has been asked alot but I was wondering if anyone had any Contract templates they would let me use. something that has payment terms, services to be rendered, etc. everything I might need. I have only been going by a handshake which has worked out fine, but I wanted to be sure. thanks

I figured a contract would need to be more professional and worded a certain way to be binding, I could have done something simple.... I just didnt want to bother with a lawyer.
 
I have utilized Quickbooks for my invoices. It seems to work fine and you can really customize the layout you want. Get the simple start and download it for free. If you like it upgrade it and go from there. Your local printing company can produce a rheem (sp) of paper with your logo on it fairly cheap. Hope this helps.
