Here's some recent projects we have 7 guys working 12-13 hour days 5-6 days a week. I love me some Condos and Town Homes

We have been pressure washing in Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Little River, Florence, Mt Pleasant, Summerville, Charleston, Hilton Head South Carolina and a few areas of North Carolina

My crews have been cranking it out. Some great feed back has come in from managers and residents this year

Heres some condos and breezeways we did in Florence South Carolina. The manager gave us 7 properties this year. He said he was sick of putting all of them out to bid and getting unqualified contractors so he got all his HOA's to use JL Pressure Washing.

He just sent us an email that said. Thank you Jeff for your good work and professionalism and the courtesy of your crews

Here's some pictures of my crews Getting er Done. Notice the one guy just standing there. He's a new guy that has caught on real well, Notice how he is soaking wet Ha ha ha, he'll learn how to do covered entrances soon enough without getting soaked Ha Ha Ha That was in Myrtle Beach

We did 7 of those 3 story townhomes, plus 125 1 & 2 story townhomes in Mt Pleasant, the 3 story ones were a bear to get, they had some hidden dormers about 4 stories high had a lot of 40 ft ladder work

I am sure that they are very happy to have you taking care of so much of their business instead of dealing with hacks, wannabees and lowbidders/lowballer contractors damaging their property and not caring about anything but the paycheck.

See the piece of soffit with the 2 hunks of concrete. The builder didnt put J channel in to hold the soffit in place INSTEAD the put 2 fist sized pieces of concrete to hold it down, hacks. We were washing and it came falling out, lucky no one got hit by it
