concrete stain, help

Hello every one, hope all is well and your seasons are off to a great start. Below is a picture of a stain, the banisters and railings on the porch are stained with a rich brown oil based stain, not sure of the brand. It has been on the wood for about 12 years. Over time it has ran and dripped onto the concrete patio which is a polished concrete. Do any of you have any suggestions on how to remove it. 20130504_143130.jpg

This is where you tell the customer "No I Can't". That stain has been in the concrete for years, trying to remove it (And You Probably Won't) will.....#1 etch the concrete....#2 make a bad stain worse...#3 make you absolutely no profit, and more than likely cost you money.
