Concrete sealer pricing

I recently had a customer call and request for me to give them a price on sealing concrete. The issue is that it is roughly 125,000 square feet. I have only sealed driveways and small lots in the past and my question is has anyone ever quoted large scale jobs like this? If so what is a good rate for such a large scale application? Thanks guys

Haven't done one this big but had one earlier this year about a tenth this size 1100. However for 125000 sq ft it will take about 175 gallon. My charge was .72 a sq ft. That was using #30 Masonry sealer which was about 26.00 a gallon.

I have been using a product from Euclid Chemical (local Cleveland company) called Baracade WB244 or another product I have started using called Enviroseal 20. In Ohio we have to use water based products now :( I want to use a gas powered airless sprayer that I have. I can hook it up to 55 gallon drums and run two guns off of it. Rolling applies a better coat but it doesn't go as far, plus for a job this size it would take way too long.

I will have to check out Agri Seal $15 per gallon seems like a pretty good price. I will make sure they have the area closed off with no cars in the area. We would use tips with extensions so the man spraying can stand upright and have the tip roughly 12 inches off the surface. Plus you have to make sure it is a calm day. When it comes to overspray you can't take any chances. Thanks guys
