All too often I see little bit of splattered concrete on the vinyl house where they poured the drive or front patio. Is there anything that will remove it safely? and where can I get it?

When you apply it you can see the acid working on the concrete. I have bought it from the brick yards. Other places that sell Prosco can get it to.
