Has anyone seen this before? This was taken at a bank drive thur, this entire lane is this way. Is there anything that will work on it?

After posting this, I remembered I don't know how to post pictures on PWI. Can someone help me out on that?

I've seen sealer fail similarly. If the concrete is 10 year old or less, then it was done during the recent building boom, when quality and tradesmen-ship were thrown to the wind for cheap labor.

I've seen more concrete in my area that should of been sealed and wasn't than I have witnessed failing sealer.

If it is failed sealer, there are methods to remove it. Not sure what your contractor licensing requirements are in your area, but I would suggest to not attempt any sealer removal unless you are covered as far as insurance and licensing requirements. Even so, might be better off to sub it or kick it to a professional contractor. Might lead to more work for you in return.

A failed acrylic sealer looks sparkly and shiny in the sun and the patches are bigger. Maybe this is a failed breathable penetrating sealer.

You never mentioned the process you used.....did you apply a caustic? Hot water?

No caustic justs hkot water on these lanes. They haven't said anything about the spoting concrete, but it sure is an eye sore to look at.
