Was it difficult coordinating the the wash around the schedule of the tenants?

No major hiccups or struggles?

It worked out really well for us. It's a Assisted living facility and they all went to walmart before we got to the entrance. So no one was out side. We did get some people wet because they were sitting on the balcony. We just didn't see them...woops!
