Coffee cups working

I had some logo coffee cups made up a few months ago and Ive been giving them and logo pens out. I got a call from a Property manager, theres 5 in this one company and Ive only worked for one of them. Well he called and said thanks for the coffee cup and asked me to look at 3 properties and he said I came recomended from the other PM

Ive given out about 100+ cups and have gotten some great feed back. People like good freebies. Time to order more cups

We don't really "give out" stuff, per se.
I usually take my male property managers out to strip clubs with me, or to Football games, boating, etc.

The Ladies we take to games, boating, everywhere but the strip clubs.

We have been sending our Women Property Managers out to Day Spa's lately to get them pampered.

We TRY and get them on the "kickback" system if we can, where money magically "appears" before their eyes when they send us work.


Of course, IF they are Single Women, may I suggest having your own Singles Group ?

Let's see if you can spot the 3 realtors/property managers in this picture ?

I really liked her Jon, but she wasn't emotionally available, still hung up on her EX ....

Dad is part Cherokee, so I don't have a lot of chest hair anyways.

....That would also explain not being afraid of heights and doing roof work. My dad is retired from State bridge Inspection.....he said for all of the high steel work they had Indians and Greeks do it...weren't afraid of heights. Stereotype, but a pretty well accepted one about the Indians. My dad is the first I've heard say that about Greeks, LOL:)
 
I had several PM's and or office personel, call and thank me for the pastries, mugs, pens, cards etc. It was a real success. Made some people happy and as i was told....We are a class act and will be getting all their work. I enoy giving and really enjoy getting too

We don't actually BRIBE our customers, or pay them off either, lol
Just having some fun!

I have a friend who makes lotions and nutritional supplements right here in Tampa.

I had him make some hand lotion bottles with our name and contact info on it.

Took it around, and left a bottle in every realtors inbox in my area.

1500 bottles!

Cost me a buck apiece.

I STILL have Realtors calling me 3 years later, as they run out of the darn stuff.

It paid for itself many times over.

I wish you great success for the upcoming year!

The little that you put out $1500, paid off in the 1st couple roofs, Plus it shows you appreciate the customer & work


Bribe NO, throw some cash around to the right maint. guy or a nice gift for receptionist, little finders fee YES.

You know I had a local PWer stop by the day before Xmas, ive thrown a little work his way and give him a little advise at times. Well he gave me a little Xmas cake and a thank you. Made me feel good.

YES to the strip clubs, just make sure they aren't religous, LOL

I have several male realtors/property managers who frequent Mons Venus, a famous Tampa strip club, and Thee Doll House.

Sometimes they invite ME, LOL

The whole thing we are trying to do is build a relationship.

Once you party with your customer, you are now a friend, instead of just a vendor.

THAT is what we are all looking for.

I'll do a search later tonight, I must of deleted it from my favorates. I still see my mugs around at places I gave them out over a year ago. I even gave one to my insurance guy. Everytime I go in there he is drinking out of it. Not bad for $1 mug
 
Jeff, Let me know where you got those mugs from, I would like to order some and some pens also, It is that time to make new PM friends.
