CNN finally reporting the truth

So your agaist the new Law? I would have thought your for it Jim.

You and I have differing opionions on this Imigration Stuff. I hate the new law because I dont think we need it. Its not going to do anything except assist law inforcement to harrass the public. Its like a license plate light out as a reason to stop you. Now we all have our license plate light out.

Heres some funny stuff, my shop tech got stopped by Joe a few weeks back.

IMG_4181.jpg

He is White and served his country. But because he looks like a Latino and drives a 72 truck he gets stopped. He is going to post his papers on the side and rear of the truck so they are ready. Only problem is he doesnt have papers, like you and I wouldnt know what they are either. We never needed them!!!! Until NOW

I'm for legal workers, but we need to start with employers. Leave americans alone, we dont need anymore of our rights gone.

For over 200 years we have delt with this, why now is this different? Because rich business men stole our jobs and gave them to Mexico and other countrys in the world. Throw them out instead!!

After thinking about it I agree that I don't want another reason for cops to be bothering people. But something has to be done.

Here's who needs to be arrested:

People who hire these illegals to work
People who rent or sell apartments or houses to them.
People who open bank accounts for them
People who sell them cars.
People who treat them at medical facilities. (yeah, that's right)
People who give them drivers licenses

If they can't work, can't sleep, and can't travel they won't come here anymore. We created this mess.

We already have to show a drivers license to use a credit card or a check. If we made sure they couldn't get drivers licenses this could work. It won't work in every case, but it does work keeping MOST teens from buying alcohol.

That would bring personal responsibility into the mix without giving the cops the right to hassle anyone they don't like.

I heard something thought provoking last night on the news. A guy said, "If they spent half as much time protesting and working towards change in their own country as they do here in our country they would probably be trying to keep us from illegally coming to Mexico by now!"

First Ron, you are comparing apples and oranges. I have not liked Joe for a long time, and think the whole stopping thing is a little bit nutty.
I am getting tired of seeing my city turning into a mexican community. It used to be a small area south of downtown. Now, it is growing larger and larger, which I would be fine with, but they are mostly illegal immigrants. It is crazy to me to see illegal immigrants buying homes, going to school, taking jobs, etc, when there are other people that can and will do them.
Then to top it off, the increase in crime is nuts, over 50% of the traffic accidents involve illegal immigrants with no license or insurance. How about all the home invasions that are happening around the Phoenix area, all involving illegal immigrants? What do you do about the Drop houses that are raided on nearly a daily basis getting 30 or 40 at a time? You would think that would put a damper on it, but since there are 40,000 illegal immigrants, according to the Border patrol, coming over the Arizona border every day, it is less than 1/10 or 1% making it pretty long odds of someone getting arrested and deported, to try again the next day. How about the hospital emergency room who are the illegal immigrants primary care provider, because they don't want to buy health insurance, like you and me. Quite honestly, the $2000 a month I have to pay for health insurance for my family is ridiculous, a lot of it because of illegal immigrants and paying for their health in the back door way.
I don't know what the solution is, but I do think that this is an expression of the majority of Arizona, and their frustration with the federal government not enforcing the immigration laws, in regards to Mexico, in a substantive manner.

BTW, do you know what would happen if you crossed over into Mexico in the same manner, I mean, if you did not get shot? You would spend a minimum of five years in prison, in one of their luxurious cesspools. Maybe we should make a reciprocation law with all duties and immigration laws. We make another countries laws, our laws. I bet that would bring a lot of jobs home.

WOW! I think if we make them work for somthing. Take away their "free ride" and food stamps. that will keep more than 50% out of here. the other 50% want to work and should pay a higher tax than us. Like a cost of living here. make them get a work visa and cycle them as the work comes up. This has always been a problem in my area. I live about 10 min from the border. but this law is STUPID! We should be asking how are they getting in to the US, What is CBP doing to prevent this? we spend millions of dollars to protect our boarders and they still get in. It is a pointless battle. The B.P. sit in their trucks and watch movies all night until they get a call. We should be comming down hard on CBP not give cops more work that they wont do, and a powertrip Have alot more to say than this but just got too worked up.. gonna clean a roof now

The B.P. sit in their trucks and watch movies all night until they get a call.

Why do we prosecute them when they shoot a illegal after being shot at themselves or are in imminent danger themselves? If I were threatened with legal action for doing my job, I would have second thoughts.

Obama is trying to do that with the way he is running part of the economy now. We will have a European financial structure soon enough the way he is going. Does Greece sound familiar?

Illegals are one of the biggest causes for California's financial distress. Schools, hospitals, welfare.... It takes one illegal to open a bank account here and send duplicate cards to family in Mexico to transfer funds to there. I have heard BOA mentioned.

A guy said, "If they spent half as much time protesting and working towards change in their own country as they do here in our country they would probably be trying to keep us from illegally coming to Mexico by now!"

Tony, If they did that in Mexico, the government would either arrest them or the drug runners would shoot them. Neither party wants the system in Mexico to change. And the Mexican government just loves the US dollars that float into the country.

Unfortunately, the key words here are ILLEGAL Immigrant. Our country is in a turmoil because of the first word in what they are. Every one wants to pussyfoot around that word. ILLEGAL.

Solve the problem this way. Make them legal. Set up immigration stations at the border. make them come into the country legally. Make them pay taxes. Make them pay soc sec. Give them the American dream. But make them pay like every one else does. Watch the cheap labor rate disappear.

As it stands now, They play our country like a fiddle and laugh at us. That is why US citizens are angry and frustrated. We are tired of being used and abused, and not just by illegals.

I got this in email today (below)! I personally think what AZ is doing is OUTSTANDING! Its unfortunate that the failure of the Federal Gov't requires a single state to take the lead, but I'm glad to see they are doing it! I hope more states follow (I know mine won't, Maryland).

Dear Mr. President:

I'm planning to move my family and extended family into Mexico for my health, and I would like to ask you to assist me.

We're planning to simply walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and we'll need your help to make a few arrangements.

We plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws.

I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here. So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Calderon, that
I'm on my way over?

Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.

2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.

3. Please print all Mexican government forms in English.

4. I want my grandkids to be taught Spanish by English-speaking (bi-lingual) teachers.

5. Tell their schools they need to include classes on American culture and history.

6. I want my grandkids to see the American flag on one of the flag poles at their school.

7. Please plan to feed my grandkids at school for both breakfast and lunch.

8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services.

9. I do plan to get a car and drive in Mexico, but, I don't plan to purchase car insurance, and I probably won't make any special effort to learn local traffic laws.

10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from their president to leave me alone, please be sure that every patrol car has at least one English-speaking officer.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put U S. flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.

12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, or have any labor or tax laws enforced on any business I may start.

13. Please have the president tell all the Mexican people to be extremely nice and never say critical things about me or my family, or about the strain we might place on their economy.

14. I want to receive free food stamps.

15. Naturally, I'll expect free rent subsidies.

16. I'll need Income tax credits so although I don't pay Mexican Taxes, I'll receive money from the government.

17. Please arrange it so that the Mexican Gov't pays $ 4,500 to help me buy a new car.

18. Oh yes, I almost forgot, please enroll me free into the Mexican Social Security program so that I'll get a monthly income in retirement.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all his people who walk over to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that
President Calderon won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

Thank you so much for your kind help. You're the man!!!

I am for the bill. I dont know how much it will do, its like sweeping the leaves out of your house while the wind is blowing... You have to close the door, clean up the leaves and wait till the storm blows over. Definetely a problem here in AZ and def not the states responsibility but what are they to do when for years the federal government hasnt done their job, or even tried.

One time I was stopped in my car years ago because someone had robbed a bank. It was a tall white guy with a baseball cap on driving a dark van. I was driving a dark gray Aerostar.

I didn't like being stopped, but it took all of about 1 minute and I was on my way. I'm the last person in the world who wants more cops in everyone's business, but this is different.

If you are an American who legally came here from Mexico, I'm sorry, but you look just like 500,000 criminals in Arizona and you need to be pulled over and checked just like I did after the bank robbery.

A crime has been committed. It's the JOB of the police to find the guilty
parties and lock them up.

If you are a mexican in this country legally and you get pulled over I say TOUGH! Don't blame it on me. Don't blame it on the cops. Don't blame it on the politicians - Blame it on your own people who cheated you by coming here and breaking our immigration laws and bypassing everything you had to do to legally be here.

Mark,

One of the 2 BP Agents that were sent to prison for shooting the armed illegal invader has been a good friend of mine and my family for over 12 years. His children call me uncle Jim and my wife Auntie Jayne. Nacho and his wife Monica are like family to us. Monica lived in our home once a month when she traveled from El Paso to Phoenix to visit Nacho while he was being held as a political prisoner in the Federal prison just north of Phoenix.

Fortunately George W, in his last act before boarding his Presidential Marine helicopter for the last time, he signed Executive Orders commuting the sentences of both Nacho and his partner Compean. The Ramos's have filed to have the (farce) case overturned, and a new trial ordered. You can read the facts here on their website: http://agentramos.blogspot.com/

Ron, you misinterpreted my post. I am 100% in favor of this new law, which mirrors the existing, unenforced Federal Law. As is 73% of Arizonans (Rasmussen Poll) and 63% of American Citizens coast to coast.

This law does not allow racial profiling, a legend the liberal left wing is slinging. It was designed and written by the same Constitutional scholars that created and oversaw the Employer Sanction Law, which has withstood every single (frivilous) Court attempt, including the Supreme Court.

The only ones who make this an issue of race are the folks from La Raza, MeCHA and other, admitted racist, separatists organizations.

"We call things racism just to get attention. We reduce complicated problems to racism, not because it is racism, but because it works." --- Alfredo Gutierrez, political consultant, as quoted by Richard de Uriarte, The Phoenix Gazette, March 14, 1992 (quoted in The ProEnglish Advocate, 1st quarter, 2002).

Why this Country wasn't secured and surrounded by Military troops beginning September 12, 2001, is just unacceptable. The Federal Government is worse than organized crime.

Why do we prosecute them when they shoot a illegal after being shot at themselves or are in imminent danger themselves? If I were threatened with legal action for doing my job, I would have second thoughts.

Here's a comment left on the video:

"we are in your backyard. We are not Jews or japanese, u must not know how we think. If the case was to shoot kill mexicans, then I will be the first of many to go to an all mostly white elementary school and kill very efficiently a lot of kids. We are cold blooded, just like u guys. Taliban would bow down to us. "

Mostly it will increase the amount of money Herseys and GM would have to pay in Mexico. Maybe other Companys would think twice. Maybe herseys would come back to the US?

Jim that is a wild story, glad to see "W" took care of them!

I think the thing that blows me away, is how people ignore first and foremost that if you are here illegally, you have committed a crime. You hear about these people demanding all these rights. What rights? You have no rights! Rights are afforded through the constitution for the American citizens. Not for people here illegally. And racism? C'mon! Political correctness is what allowed the tragedy at Ft. Hood to happen. Way too much smoke n mirrors and not enough of a reality check!

"W" had the option to Pardon them or commute their sentences. We begged for over a year for the commutation, since a pardon would not leave them an option to appeal the original (railroaded) convictions.

Not a big fan of "W", but he did do the right thing in the end, and from what I know of the ongoing legal on goings, I think you all will be amazed of what is revealed when the truth is disclosed.

Nacho was up for Agent Of The Year, the same year he was thrown under the bus by Bush and Johnny (Satan) Sutton. Johnny Sutton could very well find himself in the same prison Federal prison cell when this is a done deal.

Most people don't know that these 2 great American Law Enforcement Officers spent their time as political prisoners in solitary confinement, not even allowed a TV, as the rest of the Federal prisoner population is allowed. Only a transistor radio, books and 1 hour a day to exercise in a 10' x 10' concrete cage, then afforded a shower 3 times a week. All for doing the job they were sworn to do.

The drug smuggler who Nacho shot in the ass after he fired shots at his partner, Jose Compean, fled to Mexico. Johnny Sutton sent Agents to Mexico to find Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila. They brought him back to America, coached him and made him testify against thees 2 BP Agents, after receiving free medical care for the bullet wound in his ass. He also received a "get out of jail free card" pass from US Attorney Johnny Sutton. Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila was caught 3 times before he actually testified against these 2 BP Agents smuggling more dope, and was let go, because of the "get out of jail free card" Johnny Sutton gave him.

After he testified, Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila was caught once again. This time he was convicted and is serving 9 years in Federal prison.

We held a fund raising event during their first year incarcerated; raised $42,000 during the one day event, held here in the Phoenix area. To date, well over $100,000 has been donated to the families and to their legal defense fund.

This past Christmas, Nacho was granted a travel pass (he is still under Federal release supervision) to travel from the Houston area back to his home town of El Paso, to spend the Holidays with his extended family and friends. Some POS broke into their vehicle while they spent the night at a motel in between Houston and El Paso and stole all the Christmas packages they had in their truck. We issued a Call To Action and raised just over $5000 in less than 48 hours, so this man and his family could enjoy there first Christmas together since his wrongful imprisonment.

When Nacho was first released from prison, while Monica and the children waited for him at the airport, some terrorist fire bombed their home in El Paso and decapitated their family dog, leaving the head on top of the mail box. Bet you never heard those details on the nightly news.

Jim that is a wild story, glad to see "W" took care of them!
