Cleaning dirty duradek coating using cold water

I did a job recently without a turbo nozzle (have one on order to replace a faulty one) it was a duradek and just using approx. 3500 psi i was able to clean it fairly well but it is 20 years old and some staining including an area where it seems a bbq may have been, makes it quite dirty. I used cold water and no chemicals on my first cleaning, I want to re-try with a chemical but am unsure of which one to use. I have a hot water unit i'm sure it would have worked better. The client is a realtor who at first seemed to be concerned with making it look better "but not perfect", since they are footing the bill for the cleaning. Anyone have any advice for cleaning a coated deck with cold water? What chemicals work best, does "scrubbing" with a broom help that much? ANd would a turbo nozzle be best for vinyl coated decking? I haven't heard much on the topic. Thanks for any input.
