cleaning and brightening dry cement trailers

I am trying to clean and brighten cement hawlers (trailers for dry cement)
I can get the old crusted cement off the trailer, but I can not for the life of me brighten the dark stain (burn) from the cement, The rest of the trailer cleans up good with brightner, but I can't get the dark gray to lighten at all. Any help would be greatful. I am at my wits end. HELP ANYONE!

What have you tried? And how did you apply it?
Not trying to bust your chops but after you follow the signature rules, I'll give a suggestion
 
Post some pictures of it so it might give everyone an idea of what you are talking about, maybe give someone some ideas for a solution.
