1. If my city owner of commercial property has to show litter control receipts for trash pick up if audited by inspectors.
2. Vector control can close a restaurant or any location with a pest or infections diesis problem immediately. Another word a dirty dumpster with 60 ft of and residential area.


So you mean to tell me that building and zoning has not a safety law in place to make sure people clean the flu in a restaurant on a regular basis?

The AHJ can close the place down if a fire hazzard is found. I have seen it happen, restaurant will not reopen til they pass the inspection.

when do they inspect them?

Usually every 6 months....if they are doing their job.

Problem is so much work, so little time. Most AHJ's in our area are lucky to get by once a year. Some Municipalities require Rest. owners to submit proof of service letters every 6 mos., ie. copy of invoice, work order, picture of hood decal etc.
