Circle K

I will be honest with you guys, I dont get it. I have gas stations that I wash monthly, that are not 400 or 600. In fact, they range from 150- 200. They get cleaned anywhere from 45 minutes up to about 1 1/2 hours. Only one takes 1.5 hrs the rest take an hour or less.

Same boat here, but on a 225-350 per station most monthly. After the initial which i ate, they are really easy and the larger ones are done on 15 day mostly so after you get them cleaned the first time its no biggie to wash one especially if you do it right the first time, a bit of oil and gum here and there but nothing to run from, one man can do 3-4 a night by themself on a 5.5 gpm machine

Every month cleaning, that is awesome, some stations are lucky if they get done every 3 months in MD.

A company I usually communicate with here in Maryland does two for 350, he says it takes him 4 hours each (they have it done twice per year), he got there 2 nights ago and the manger said that they had someone that could do it for $100.00, he then called the owner and he said he wanted to give the new guy a try and that he should just do his other location.

How big are the locations that you are doing?

Some are really large, others are smaller. The ones that are done on 15 day are usually by the interstate and are the largest ones for the most part. Those are break even stores but the money comes from the ones that are smaller and take only an hour to do, those are always in the ghetto. To put a size on them is hard because i never measured them out, some have 4 MPD's others have 8. We wash from the end of the canopy through the storefront sidewalks, basically everywhere the customer will walk to get from their car to the front door. Can't really post photos of them, already been through that ordeal before and not worth the trouble just to post a photo
