Chic-Fil-A

Hey guys. Haven't had a chance to post in a while. However I thought I'd take a minute tonight. I talked to a PW in my area today and in conversation he said something I thought some of you guys might want to know. He told me that the two Chic-fil-a's here use different PWers to clean but both pay to have the drive-thru, dumpster pad, and sidewalks cleaned every two weeks. That is every two weeks no questions about it. Since it is different stores, with different owners, and different contractors, I'm thinking this is a franchise requirement. If you guys are looking for steady commercial work, it might be a productive cold call if you find one that isn't up to par.

The one near us clean it thier self looks like crap but they want to save

We service a few, all are on 15day service.

125 to 175 depending on what they want serviced.

We do the interiors for around 525.00 about 3 to four hours once a quarter or on corp inpsections.

We got these using www.powerwashstencils.com

we now service all locations in phx metro. We service a couple others in different markets.

just picked up 2 of the 4 local ones today. $165 on 15 day service. Sorry if they were yours John but they looked horrible with stripes and gum everywhere, not to mention the curbs not being cleaned, no cutting it in in the corners, and oil all over the dumpsters

It is not a company requirement to do every two weeks. I got the call to do the Chick Fil A where Truett Cathy had his birthday party at.

I also got a call from 3 of them where he was coming to vist. I have one that I do every two weeks and two more that I do monthly. And hopefully these 3 new ones on a 15 day service.

Go get them, its great guys are getting work an learning how to handle these accounts.

What possible benefit (to anyone) could this post have.....?

to let guys know the going rates for this type of service. Nothing better than raising the pricing levels around my area. Guys are offering 70.00 house washes, as well as $100 gas station cleanings including canopy. John does not do these stores and never has, he mainly focus's on vent hood cleaning and only does concrete when asked.

The question is why would you call someone out on something like this. This is the reason that everyone gives you problems. I personally don't know you and have nothing against you however I can see that posts like this are the reason everyone gives you such a hard time.

David, this post did the same thing mine did

He was thinking you were saying JohnB was doing those that you mentioned you got and that he ws not cleaning them very good. We discussed it in a pm and got it straight.

I used to work at Chick-fil-a in HS and they had a local guy do the work every other Sunday. They still use the same guy now. They do not require it but I know from working there the drive throughs get nasty. Ketchup packets get dropped (not all on accident ;)) and then ran over and all the fun stuff.
