where inline do you have the injector before the tee or after the tee.
Josh, how much discharge hose? What gun?
If you've got too much back pressure due to the extra flow, the injector won't work.
For anything longer than 100' at 8 gpm, you should go to 1/2", and get a higher flow rated gun.
Model AL50, 5,075 psi, 12gpm, 320° F 3/8" F inlet1/4" F outlet
You are the man if you haul around 1/2 hose all day. I run 250' of 3/8 house with 8 gpm and 2.1 injectors. Couplers are the worst thing for not drawing soap. Buy 250' sections or whatever length you need. Stay away from multiple sections of hose.
+1
I run 3/8 Hose by 200' and a 2.1 injector 8gpm pump 13 gpm gun and #50 spray tips and draw soap like crazy with cheap Adams injectors and with 3 or 4 Hose couplers. If I want to pull a little less soap I use #40 or #30 orifice spray nozzles.

Figured it out. Shout out to Lori from pressure washer products in Clearwater for giving me the idea to carry my chemical bucket out into the field and hook the downstreamer between my hose connections to reduce back pressure. Too bad she will probably never see this post.

X-Jet? Problem solved.

An X-Jet would be nice, but sometimes you have to work with what you got.

Then put your downstreamer at your gun like an xjet. Putting your bucket In line like that seems to be a pain. Plus if it spills over that concentration of bleach to water will burn the grass.
I have had spray guns go bad that seemed fine other than not letting me downstream. Just brainstorming possible problems.
