Many are desperate right now Kory.
I TRY and tell people what we face in Tampa everyday, but many do not believe it.
At least this guy wants 150 bucks to go out.
I just bid a doublewide.
Don't usually do that, but it has been slow.
The lady was close by, nothing to move really, and I was doing a rooof close by anyway.
I bid her exterior w/o the roof at 125.00
She SCREAMED at me, called me a thief, and sid she got bids of from 50 to 75 dollars TOPS.
I THOUGHT 125.00 was cheap for chemical cleaning for a good size doublewide ?
