But I have a question why don't you have a .com website and why are you working as owner operator. Fix this before next year and make for some good competition for my partner

Wait let me write all this down. Any more suggestions for me? This really helps, thanks. I can only hope that I'll be ready and worthy to compete with your company when the time comes.

Question for you how do you like the dodge vans? Also go with the red trailer they stand out with your logo and most of the others guys are just using factory black, at-least here, so I have learned something from you don't know if it was on purpose or not. But I would stick with one color both the ones you have look real good and are not common. I think I will be painting my open trailers. Its a logo all in its self. Thanks again

Also the pictures on the bottom of your website look good except. The first picture with the red trailer I would change the background looks like you have a nice open field in the background on the picture with the blue trailer to the left lined with trees. I would take the pictures using that as the back ground. It would be hard selling your pressure washing services if someone payed attention to the backgrounds you currently have. Trust me I'm currently working on this myself every detail matters I just have to get my guys to see it. I'm currently working on details like this myself on my site you never know how picky that $2500 customer will be.

I'm hanging on your every word Man.

Yeah man I wish my guys would I have to ride around and fine them, lol. I'm ex-military so attention to detail is real important to me. I want to kill them some times, How crazy can these guys be pulling up to someones house with a dirty van, not putting the safety cones out, not wearing the safety vests, on and on. When customers see the small stuff they are all over it. Immediate branding with just a few more dollars at home depot. Safety cones around $20, vest around $15 these are the things that a lot of us forget and that is why I will be around. But you have real nice equipment we just never know what people are looking for: safety, professional equipment, the list goes on and on. So I try to cover a bases especially the little cheap stuff.

Yeah it is real good to be uncommon. That's why I went with the cub cadet mowers for my lawn care that is me branding my company. Everyone else has the normal exmarks and so on all the same color. I want customers to know who we are and see something different even when I'm not around my logo. That why I have the same type of vehicles. You would be amazed how many people say they saw our vehicles and only one of them have logos. I have made the Express Van a part of my logo.
It blew up:( I only have 2 now, all Fords. I guess being "Uncommon" is a good thing, guess it's kind of "Visible" huh. Actually I do have 2 other trailer units that are black, but I'll fix that later in the year.

Nice site JL. I'm from NC, but we want be down there until next year so have a great year.

LOL
You say a truck makes$200 a day. I wouldnt brag about that. You dont realize you are making a fraction per truck than I and others do. $100,000 in equipment and you do house washes for $50, LMAO
Good luc

Dude at Chatham Prop Maintenance, I checked out your website and like some of the features. I wanted to see what gallery pictures you use under the pressure washing category and found just the one (posted here). If you are moving more and more into pressure washing, I've found that a good before and after portfolio carries a lot of weight when selling to both residential and commercial prospects. Having just one photo of you or one of your guys cleaning a larger house using a Yellow Noodle blasting the upper soffits might be a negative.

BTW, take the criticism from the veterans with a grain (or tablespoon!) of salt. This is the best board for us PWs and there is outstanding advice from a lot of good people on here. The advice (and criticism) I've received from the guys here has helped tremendously and paid off nicely. Good luck to you and welcome to PWI.

It's not bragging it is just where I'm currently at. They are companies that make millions of dollars a day. So of course to some of you that is small, haven't reached my year mark. Also $1400 (net) a day is more than that $100k would make me in the bank. But I can't complain
LOL

Yeah you tell me about it getting my guys to get before and after pictures are like pulling teeth (I'm currently in NC working on some things up here but I will be back in Savannah for the rest of the season Friday). There will be more pictures on all the sites with in the next week (pictures are key). I will have the same setup as the lawn website same layout everything. Still putting together pictures and the website. Pressure washing website will be 912Clean.com
