CFM in relation to Vacuum Surface Cleaners?

Jerry, is the 40" vacuum recovery surface cleaner finished yet?

It would be cool to see a video of it and the specs of how much lift and cfm needed to run it.

Vacuuming Surface Cleaner.. the 40" version

Yes ! .. pictures will happen shortly..
(as soon as the sun comes out,)
we'll show how well (efficiently) a 40" deck can function.
The first "production version", is a push-pull style with handle..
Simple, "sweet", and performance for the dollar.
We will show you how effective it is, with a 31hp vacuum,
and a 16hp vac as well..
..with a 2" vac-hose !

This year is going to be great !
Happy New Year !

Sounds Great Jerry!

Look forward to pictures and videos.

Any pictures and videos Jerry?

I talked to Jerry today and he told me that the 12" vacuum surface cleaner needs about 75cfm to operate it. If I remember correctly, someone mentioned about 175 for a 21" vacuum surface cleaner.

I really like the video of the 40" vacuum surface cleaner, it will be interesting to try out in Milwaukee next month.

Now if there was only an edge/corner tool to get the last 1" to 2" that the vacuum surface cleaner will not reach at the wall. Hmmmmmmm..........

Maybe with all the collective ideas on the bbs, maybe someone can put up some great ideas and maybe someone like Jerry can start making them so we all can get the jobs done better and faster.
