Can you order certificate of performance labels for hood cleaning from the internet?, or do I just go to a print shop and design my own?

i quess you could ask in the forms section. someone might be willing to share. its alot of work to make those kinds of forms.

We have ours printed by a local printer that we use for most of our other printing needs. Tha advantage to that is they do the searching for the materials and we rough sketched what we want and get what we need in about 3 days. They keep all the artwork on file and now all we have to do is call and say send us more. The added bonus is this printer does a lot of printing for restaurants and he sends customers our way!

My labels are about 3x5 inches, vinyl, with a clear mylar. Not cheap, but they do stand up to cleaning chemicals the resturants use. they are large enough to see, bright enought to see. I use a punch to mark the dates. The cost is about a buck each..

NFPA states that cleaning record be at the location of the service. We use a 3X5 sicker that gives my information and at the bottom I state "SERVICE RECORDS ON FILE". We leave the store a Exit Report (condition) and a Certificate of service. If you Email me your address I will send you a example.
