Cape Fear Pro Wash New Owner

For some of you this will not make any sense, but for those of you that we're at the MB RT and noticed that there were two (2) Cape Fear Pro-Wash's from NC, you were right.

Cape Fear Pro Wash name now officially belongs to Jared Chanowski, JC, from Hampstead NC. Sorry Jared, I know I miss spelled that bad.

I had the name for most of the year but had not made if official through the NC Secretary of States office, but did reserve it just prior to the RT. I saw that some one had the name, but not knowing them personally I locked it in for myself to protect my interests.

After attending the RT and meeting JC and his family and after he and I had spoken for awhile and I got to know him, I got to thinking maybe I could change my name and let him have it. He had spent more money on marketing than I had, et

My point is 2 fold. 1) The round tables are a great way to network and get to know othe contractors. As a result of the RT, Jared and I have not nessecarily become best friends, but have proven we can be professional competitors. and 2 ) Now the drum roll.....................................................................................................................MY New Name ( it is reserved now) is " CAROLINA EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS"

That was dirty Wiliam. But really funny. Walt, we really do appreciate you going out of your way for us. The new name sounds great, and we hope to work with you in the future. Thanks again.

JC, and you did pretty good on the name, didnt butcher it too bad.

:girl_cray3: Wow - Walt, you are a seriously awesome kind of guy! Stuff like this makes me so proud to be associated with NC guys :flirt:

Walt and I met each other in Charlotte at the BMP meeting, and didn't get to really talk and get to know each other very well. Myrtle Beach was a different story.

We found out that we had a lot more in common than we thought.

Walt, sir you are a class act in every sense of the word!!!!

J.C. is also a friend, and a great guy!!!

These 2 Men will go far in their Businesses.

Great job guys. Good to see Pressure Washing Contractors getting along. :clapping: :canoodle: :clapping:
