Can't Land My First Account

Hey Ron, thanks for the call last night. I will try to give you a jingle when I get home later this week. I am going to bid some more centers in the next two weeks.
 
134 per hour is good but makes you wonder how low some people will bid, especially if that is a one time cleaning. I bid my first big job at .08 it was over 100,000 sq. ft. and someone else bid at .07 . The good thing was the pm told me how much I was over so I can adjust my bid for the next time.
