Can't get to ptstate

Hey is it just me or is ptstate down. I have been tying to log in off and on since Saturday morning and haven't ever made it on. IE just times out.

It's working over here. As usual it does take 5 or six times before you can get in. Isn't this the norm usually for everyone else?
