I can honestly say its worked for us. Landed 14 new car lots with candy jars in the last 3 months. Also has opened up the doors for a property with 25,000 sqft of side walk. Looks very promising. The candy jars do work and they work well. Cheap advertising for huge returns on investment.

Thanks to Ron for this idea. We made up the candy jars with our biz card on them and delivered them to PMs. We told them we would be back in two weeks to fill them up. They got a great response and were an awesome way to get in the door! Everyone just lit up when they saw the candy! Really good way to break the ice. I highly recommend trying it. Thanks Ron.
