Ok this must be a hoax, simply put together as an example of what not to do.
 
Anyway I have seen similar things, looks like a scraper only job, unless you remove the motor, maybe the same electrician who did the install will come back and help you remove it. LOL

Well, I would have to say that it looks like the majority of what I get. Except for the electrical on this one. I would normally, cut and lock out the power, and then soap it and wash it. This is all after the manager looks at it and signs a disclaimer sheet. LOL.
