Only the smoker, not the hood or vent.

This was a test foam....not as nearly effective as our current foamer, similar to Super Doug but weaker. The first 3 pictures were taken after 1 foam application, the 3rd being after about 20 minutes dwell. My after shots do'nt show the fan, which turned out much better after another application and some elbow grease. My help put all the racks back in before I could stop em.....it was a long day, cleaning a kitchen for a closing restaurant. I wasn't about to start pulling racks. This is a southern pride smoker, about 12'.

Hey I clean one of those smokers.. At the orbit on hwy 49 in Richland... They have the drain from the smoker running into a floor drain in the back room..Cleaning the smoker isn't that hard I just hate cleaning the grates... I have been talking with corky's about cleaning theres they have 3 of them .. An easy $400.00 each..
