Can you find the Hood cleaner in this Pic!

Well let's see, would it be that guy in the middle of the picture in the yellow rain gear ?
 
No Bryan, that cannot be correct. Hood cleaners can't afford raingear. Try again.

We do alot of places in the middle of the day, my guy hate them, it means they have to get out of bed early.
 
You clean while they cook all the time, the only customers I have that allow that are the 24 hr ones
 
Sounds funny, but we picked up a large chain 5+years ago and when we started scheduling the individual stores they all wanted 12 noon service "like the other company would do it".
This chains busiest time...you guessed it lunch time!
The store managers knew nothing better than someones working on the roof and to sign the invoice when he done. We have retrained them.
