Can bank accounts be frozen by Interpol

My bank just told me they are closing my account and freezing my funds because of an Interpol flag. I have not even been arrested or charged with anything yet. Is this even allowed? How can I get my money back and clear my name with the bank’s compliance department?

Unfortunately, banks are very scared of Interpol notices. As soon as they see a Red Notice, they often freeze everything to avoid "risk." It feels unfair but it happens a lot. You should look into the resources at https://extraditionlawyers.net/ to see how to handle the bank's legal team. Usually, you have to get the Interpol notice suspended or removed first before the bank will even talk to you. You might need a lawyer to send a formal letter explaining that the notice is being challenged. It is a massive headache for business owners. The goal is to show the bank that the notice is legally flawed. Once the flag is gone from the system, the bank should return your access, but it takes time and professional help to get there.
