Can anyone guess what happened here?

Homeowners that might be reading these Bulletin Boards should keep in mind:
Many of these so called "roof cleaning companies" are little more then poorly trained fast buck artists, trying to learn the roof cleaning business, often at your expense.

I have seen the RAC going on and it just looks "wet", once dry you can't see it at all....and in my area there are at least a thousand Roof-A-Cide treated roofs so I'm very familiar with how they look. ( or rather how they don't look )

No we don't. I don't think that it is worth the risk.
Since you have only a couple of options on a bad job.
#1 strip the sealer. = bad PR
#2 new roof = bad PR
so, the answer is not to seal.
I don't have the chemical back ground in that industry to offer it and I am not willing to take a risk on it.
