Bushing Stuck On Shaft

I am changing out pulleys for a customer and the bushing is hopelessly stuck onto the drive shaft. I have tried a fly wheel puller and a dent puller but all to no avail. Do you have any ideas about how to get it off?

If the bushing is metal try a small torch. Heat it up evenly and then try the puller again.

I had that happen. One of my guys was putting it on and the idiot got it stuck (Russ, Im talking about Sean). 13gpm pump. So we cut it off. Be careful doing it that way tho!

The sheave is stuck too.

Don't heat it. Soak it real good with penetrating oil, get a large cold chisel or punch, and drive on the sheave hub. Not the spokes, not the edge...the hub. It should pop apart.
