Hey Wiz,
I do have a little problem. When I run my PW it runs great then I kick on the burner a blast of sblack smoke flies up. This does not happen all the time just sometimes. Is this normal? SHould I be consernd? What do you think about it? Like I said not all the time just sometimes.
 
This is a good indication that you may be getting soot build up in your coils. You can buy a product that is an additive to your fuel that may clear this up. It is called Soot Remover. Most truck shops or truck stops have it on hand. You can tell by running your hand in the exhaust side of the burner when it is cooled down. You will get a hand full of black soot. You can clean it with air or water.

When you kicked on your burner, did you hurt your foot? or could you call this a burner butt kicking?
