Building Wash Questions - Please Advise

I just came off the my biggest job 400,000 squ ft building
over 1300 windows cleaned and lots of curbing
Now that its been done I got to take alittle time off.
Wensday meeting with a Facilities Supervisor at another city. Lord willing he will give me the ok This building is 5stories high looks nice and dirty
 
I'm needing a really strong cleaner to clean a very dirty and moldy vinyl siding house does anyone have some ideas? thanks

Not trying to be a turd but how about ........ 12.5% Bleach (sodium hypochlorite) and some soap downstreamed with a fixed 20% downstreamer and rinse?

I was wondering what kind of price range is everyone using on residential houses per square foot? Like the 2000-3000 sq ft area. Just want to make sure im staying in the ball park range.
