Building another trailer

Clean County PW

This is what I just started doing when its not to cold here. Between redoing my daughters room and vegging on the bb's:thumbup2: and getting my guys out once in awhile when it warms up here I am putting this trailer together. When its done its going to have my Swabby (Now known as "The Turbo Surfer") a 975 gallon water tank, A Hot water Powerwasher that now does 11gpm at 4500 psi which when I get some more money this PW will be changed to handle up to 22 gpm at 3000psi along with some hose reels and other items.

Its going to take me awhile to get this trailer done since my daughter is pestering me to get her room done but either way this trailer has to be ready to go in March when my season starts up so the clock is ticking.

Those are 6000lb axles on that trailer. The Powerwasher for now is a 48hp Lombardini/Kohler Diesel with a 11gpm pump. When I get time I will take off the Broken Generator(We use a stand alone Generator for the burner) and add another pump there to be between 8-11gpm. I have to find out how much can this Engine produce as in PSI at 20-22 gpm. The goal would be to have an 8gpm pump on one side of it to work with the other pump that is on the other side and is rated at 11gpm @4500psi. The question is can I combine the hoses of the two pumps to make it around 19 gpm with two different pumps. I have combine powerwashers in the past with the pumps being the exact same so I can get double the GPM's at the same PSI. So I need to find this out because if it can be done with this engine at around 3000psi that would be great. This can be used for rinsing but at a much lower psi with a chemical tip in there. I will also add another Burner to this new pump when I make some more dough in season.

pumps at 11 gpm and those pressures are so expensive today, $4500 or so, but they are built for the long haul, industrial quality. Whats the make/model?

Dont know whats the formula for diesel cal.

Sound like a nice system, running 1/2" hose?

Its a Udor pump. Envirospec sells some nice size pumps for under a grand so I may look there. We use both 1/2" and 3/8" hoses. I may add my Propane burners along with the diesel Burner to this set-up because I can't seem to just about give away the propane burners and I;m trying to build this trailer on a shoe string budget. The trailer I got on a trade in and the diamond plate I got thru my father company for around $500 cut. Cost is a factor for this trailer for now.

Some more pictures of this trailer that I am still working on. I was working on it while my guys were cleaning a building in the background. This trailer should be up and running but this week. The Swabby on there has been a bit modified and also I have since changed the name to the Turbo washer in case anyone is wondering.

nice setup john

This trailer should be ready to go for a job we have on Monday. I also am putting together a roof pump from Envirospec that I will have completed this weekend.

This season we started off with a bang which is good but every year I feel like I never am ready to start so every year we just start and I fix things along the way. This is a good problem to have but at times its nerve racking because I need certain things like yesterday. Like that roof pump.
