Brick Sealing

This is one area I have never dealt with. I had a customer ask me today what he could use himself..... NOT ME...... to seal the brick in the front of his house. He had it sealed by a contractor a couple of years ago, and t looked great. Left a wet look. But now it is fading and the calcium deposits are starting to stain from the sprinklers. Any suggestions?

Come on Ya'll, no one has a product that I can use? The one time I ask a question no one has an answer?

HEY HOW YOU ? I HAVEN'T TALKED TO YOU SINCE COLUMBUS. THERE IS A PRODUCT CALLED...GLAZE'NSEAL (CLEAR) CONCRETE & MASONARY LACQUER. THE "WET LOOK". YOU CAN FIND IT AT ACE HARDWARE. THE CAN HAS A PICTURS OF BRICK B4 AND AFTER. SEE YA. DAN COSGROVE

Thanks Dan,

And Yeah, how are you? Matter fact if memory serves, you took me to dinner there in Colombus. Fabulous dinner, too. Thanks and good to hear from you.

Ron,

Thank you for your honesty. I'll check into the referrals I got. :)

Kendra,
Any luck with that brick sealing job? I am interested in how you made out with it.

Ron Strickland reffered me over to Chris Detter, and he recommended a product that my customer could use without any problems. Thanks for asking!

You beat me to it Ron. It is amazing all the changes over the years with the VOC compliance regulations. I have used seal n loc on several jobs including stamped concrete and it is by far the easiest I have ever used. I really like that it can be put on wet so you can complete the job in one day/trip.
