Hey Russ. Do you think I ave a blown seal or something, I can't see how I got water in the oil. I think the guy that sold it to me changed the oil right before I got there.
Russ if you haven't ordered that cap yet, don't bother. I'm pretty sure either the seal is bad or pistons are cracked. I changed the oil and started it up. Water in the oil, air bubbles the works. I believe I got hosed. Hopefully the engine is good. I'll buy a 4 gpm pump and slap it on.
Ok. I saw red chunks come out when I emptied the oil. if that means anything. Before I order a pump for it I want o make sure the engine is worth anything. It didn't sound to good. I put the new unloader on it and it seemed to tax the engine pretty good. I think I just got ripped off good.
Check the air filter on the engine. A clogged filter will rob an engine of a ton of power.
Maybe the nozzle is the wrong size and the unloader is turned down too tightly. At 4.5 gpm, you can't expect more than 2800 to 3000 psi tops with a 13 hp.
