Over the years i have clean up accidents death scenes and all sorts of hazordous and bio material.

This is some good old fashion turds infront of our DES offices in Mesa and Phoenix.

Recently the welfare people have been incresing and people are sleeping at the offices.

Instead of putting a portable in we clean it up daily now.

Could you blast them with a CO2 fire extinguisher and freeze them into poopscicles? Then you could scoop them up easier before they thaw out.
