Some cool ones to find would be a cop beating a bad guy or taking a dumba** to jail, maybe one with one beating him up, seen that one before but don't remember where, maybe one that has the little guy tossed around like a football behind bars, hahahahahaha, wish I could remember where I saw that one.

I saw one with a little guy in the police car crying for his mommy, that was cool. I saw one with a guy dancing really cool, don't know how they make those things but they sure are cool.

Another is one where the little guy is doing something and others come by and harass him and he starts crying, that was cool. Wish I could remember where I saw those little guys picking on the other.

There are some cool ones on Bob's board. Do you have to pay to have them on the board or are they free?

No, Bob's Board is a Simple Machines Forum.
It does not come with the Emoticons you are talking about.
You have to buy them, and install.
