Hi there
I have a good customer in need of some cleaning on the front of their house, letter sent from HOA. Is a very upscale neighborhood and this lady is giving you referrals like crazy so I don't want to disappoint her.
They have a lot of black streaking on their trim, and she told me is cast stone, not the styrofoam with concrete kind and I wanted to check with you guys to see what's the best to remove that stuff.
Just regular house mix ? I have SafeRestore but rather not use it, I have F13 and SC if needed.
I think the streaks are a result of the water dripping from the roof of the entrance over and over the same spot for years, and I'm afraid it might be deep into the material for that same reason. I know whatever is on the surface is coming off with the house wash mix, but I'd like to have as little "shadows" as possible.
