That looks great! Let us know how it works out. Home owners in my area are more concerned about dirty siding. I do more house washes than anything else. Are you going to try "Dirty Roof?" or "Dirty Siding?" also just as a test run. Then run with the most productive one.
 
I'm trying to cater more to commercial. It is easer to train someone to clean concrete than different types of siding, and I don't plan on squeezing the trigger myself much longer. Dirty Siding? would be good for residential, or ma bey Dirty House? if you put something about PWing in there.
I bought dirtyconcrete.com the other day, figured it would have been gone. Every little bit helps.

big Ash, keep in mind your in a small town. I know you have a commercial dream.

The commercial customer that hires you doesnt see that BB. ( do a search for retail mang in your area) 4 guys maybe 15.

I like the idea of the housewash, may all three exterior cleaning House wash sidewalk cleaning and roof cleaning.

The PM's or owner of that business is going to see that and hire you for there home. from there you ask what each customer does and if they might need your service at there place of business..

I have a freind the owns a resdential cleaning company, each and everytime he find they are a business owner or mang he give them my info. I return the favor, he works for all the people i work for, they gotta live somewhere.

I am going for the commercials contracts also. I did a 1 time restaurant last week, picked up a quarterly reataurant, and just got a sports bar on a monthly. The house washes help the cash flow until I got more commercial contracts. I am working on creating some proposal packages for local restaurants and shopping centers using an offer letter, photos and an estimate. It may work better than me just showing up and trying to sell my services. And yes Ron, the Atlanta RT helped me out. I learned alot from everyone ;)

I'm out for now. Were catching a flight @ 6am to Dallas, and then to Honolulu. It's an 8hr flight with 4hr layover, looking forward to that flight. ha ha
I'll be thinking about yall when i'am laying my big but on the beech.

I wonder how much gum will be on there sidewalks? lol
