Got in on an electronic billboard in my hometown. There are 6 spots on it and it rotates. I do commercial flatwork, and residential.

What is the best thing to go after in a few words?

Dirty Concrete?
Dirty House?
Pressure Washing
Professional Power Washing

Need some ideas....
 
I guess it depends on how much it cost really, but I would consider direct mail if you are not doing it already, I can't remember if you told me you were doing that yet
 
do they make you sign a contract for any length of time? Not sure what the return on it would be, but $150 isn't to much to try it out in my opinion to see what happens as long as they dont rope you in for a long time.
 
My mother has a 1 year contract on it, she is a real estate agent. You know how the RE market is. She said i could use it and pay her.
 
I would do it for that price, what will it hurt. We have a guy in my town that has a billboard, it dont rotate though. Hes got 250 commercial accounts. Covering all you exterior washing needs
 
Yeah for the price and being able to try it out through your mom I would go for it too. You never know who might see it and give you a call

Ash, I would keep the message simple because people are driving by and don't have the time to study your advert. Dirty House? Dirty Concrete? Proffesional Pressure Washing. Call Now! (111)111-1111
They could care less about who you are. They want to know what you can do to fulfill their needs. I am gearing my adverts with the same theme. I will let you know how it works out. Just my .02 BTW, how is that new machine you picked up working out?

The new machine is great, burns alot hotter than my other one. It only takes grabbing the hose a few times to figure that out.
